Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your order in the quickest possible time frame.

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorisation.

Standard delivery orders can take up to 2-3 working days and some items from the same order may arrive separately.

We offer the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery Service free of charge for all orders above £50 to UK Mainland, 2-3 working days.

£4.95 delivery cost for all orders below £50.

£5.95 for express delivery 1-3 working days

Same day dispatch if ordered before 1 PM.

The Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday only. A tracking link is provided in your dispatch email.

There are no collections or deliveries on bank holidays. Please allow 1 extra day for your order to be delivered.

If items are not in stock at the time of order, we will try and source item directly from manufacturer or supplier to full-fill your order. This may require additional days for delivery 5-7 working days. You will be informed of any delays to your order.

Delivery will be made to the address stated in your order. If you have provided any incorrect delivery details which results in your order being delivered to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur.

If there is no one at the property, your local Postman will leave a calling card. The parcel will be taken to your local depot where you will have 15 days to collect it.

Any packages not collected will be returned to the sender after 15 days and return charges may apply.
